These terms apply when you use rosaluxbeauty.com or buy from Rosalux (“we”, “us”). Rosalux is operated by an independent seller based in Croatia (EU). Orders ship from a warehouse in the United States. By placing an order, you agree to these terms.
About the product
The Rosalux 4-in-1 LED mask is a cosmetic device for personal at-home skincare routines. It is not a medical device and is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease. Results vary from person to person.
Safety
- Read and follow the instructions that come with the mask.
- Do not use it if you are sensitive to light, take medication that increases light sensitivity, have a history of seizures triggered by light, or have an eye condition, without first talking to your doctor.
- If you are pregnant or have a medical condition, ask your doctor before use.
- Stop using the mask if you notice irritation or discomfort.
- Keep it away from children and water.
Orders and pricing
All prices are in US dollars. We may refuse or cancel an order, for example if a product is out of stock, a price was listed by mistake, or we suspect fraud. If we cancel after you paid, you get a full refund.
Payment
Payments are handled by PayPal, which also accepts credit and debit cards. Your order is confirmed once payment goes through.
Shipping and returns

Warranty

Limitation of liability

Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Croatia. This does not take away any protection you have under the consumer laws of the state or country where you live.
